He handled everything after we got hit with a hailstorm and even got us extra money from the insurance company that they missed on their original claim estimate. Victor was wonderful to work with! He was honest and up front with the entire process and was always available if we had questions or concerns. He was present throughout the teardown and installation of the new roof, and provided excellent customer service. His crew was careful and considerate and meticulous with the cleanup.They not only made sure that our property was free of debris, but Victor also introduced himself to our neighbors so If they had concerns or had any debris that was missed they would take care of it. I am so happy I found Precise Roofing! I needed a complete roof restoration on my house and garage due to hail damage. Victor and Ben were professional, honest, great communicators and very helpful with the insurance process. My house has a flat roof, Ben explained the entire process, the materials used and answered all of my (many) questions, they truly are experts on all types of roofs. Precise Roofing is the real deal!

The whole team at Precise Roofing were absolutely wonderful to work with, helping me get a roof replaced and doing it within the confines of a fast moving Real Estate timeline.
